Limits of warranty

We provide professional tools but make no guarantees about results. Specifically, GoSocialAI:

• Does not guarantee growth in followers, reach or sales.
• Does not guarantee that Meta or any platform approves every publishing action.
• Is not responsible for your violation of Facebook, Instagram or any platform policies.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account in case of abuse or violation of these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or external platforms' policies.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Some features are offered via monthly or annual subscriptions, and you may cancel the next renewal at any time. The Refund Policy applies.

Intellectual property

The GoSocialAI brand and software remain our property, while the content you create remains yours, with the permission needed to operate it within the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the platform or from outages of external platforms beyond our control.
