Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of GoSocialAI, operated by GoSocialAI, including our website, dashboard, Bio Hub pages and Digital Menu pages. Please read them carefully; they form a binding agreement between you and us.

Acceptance of these Terms

By ticking the acceptance checkbox when creating an account, or by continuing with Facebook sign-in, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

The service is for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old, and if you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

The service

GoSocialAI provides tools to connect and manage social media accounts, create, schedule and publish content, a unified inbox, analytics and reports, AI tools, Bio Hub pages, and digital menus for restaurants. Available features may vary by plan.

Your account and team

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • The workspace owner is responsible for inviting team members, assigning their roles and permissions, and for their actions within the workspace.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Your content

Content you upload or create through the platform remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, copy and publish it to the platforms you choose, solely as needed to operate the service.

You confirm that you hold all rights and permissions needed for the content you publish, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or the law.

Connected platforms and third-party terms

When you connect accounts on external platforms, you must comply with their terms and policies, including:

  • Meta Platform Terms and the Facebook and Instagram Community Standards.
  • TikTok Terms of Service.
  • YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
  • LinkedIn User Agreement.

You confirm that you own the pages and accounts you connect or are authorized to manage them. External platforms may change, restrict or discontinue their APIs at any time, so we do not guarantee the continued availability of any feature that depends on them.

AI features

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing any output before publishing, sending or relying on it, and we do not guarantee that outputs are accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To provide these features, we send the necessary data to AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Your use of the platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, and a breach of it is a breach of these Terms.

Plans, free trial, AI points and payment

  • Monthly and yearly plans are priced in Egyptian pounds (EGP); the prices shown at the time of purchase apply.
  • The free trial lasts 7 days, requires no payment method, and ends automatically.
  • Payment is made manually via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay with an uploaded receipt, and your plan is activated after the payment is verified.
  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically; they renew only when you pay again. If you do not renew, access to paid features may be limited after the period ends.
  • AI points are consumed when you use AI features. Purchased points do not expire.
  • Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or external platforms' terms, or if your use creates a security or legal risk. We will notify you where possible and appropriate.

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time from Settings → Profile → "Privacy requests".

Data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process your personal data. For your customers' data that you collect through the platform (inbox contacts, Bio Hub leads, bookings and orders, and menu orders), we act as a processor on your behalf, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for informing your customers.

Our intellectual property

The platform, its software, its design and the GoSocialAI brand remain the property of us or our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in them other than a limited, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties, and we do not guarantee growth in followers, reach or sales, that external platforms will accept every publishing action, or that the service will operate without interruption or errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or reputation, or outages of external platforms.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims or losses arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, the law or external platforms' terms, or your processing of your customers' data without a lawful basis.

Changes to the service and these Terms

We may develop the service or change its features, and we may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the platform before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them. Current version: 2.0, effective September 17, 2026.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We aim to resolve any disagreement amicably first, so please contact us.
