What cookies and local storage are

The service cannot work without these, so they do not require consent:

• gsai_token: keeps you signed in — 30 days.
• gsai_roles: shows the interface matching your permissions — 30 days.
• gosocialai_session: API session — 2 hours.
• XSRF-TOKEN: protects against cross-site request forgery — 2 hours.
• gsai.connectLocale, gsai.connectProvider and gsai.oauthPopup: complete social account connections — 15 minutes.

Local storage

Necessary or functional, and kept in your browser:

• Your active workspace and brand.
• Unsaved drafts.
• Interface language.
• The guest support chat ID.
• Your cookie consent choice (gsai.cookieConsent).

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand and improve how the website is used. They load only after you consent through the cookie banner, and include cookies such as _ga and _ga_* lasting up to 2 years.

Bio Hub pages

• Page owners may add a Meta Pixel (_fbp cookie) or TikTok Pixel (_ttp cookie). These run only after the visitor consents through the consent banner on that page, and the page owner is responsible for how they use them.
• Embedded videos from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode), Vimeo and TikTok may set their own cookies when played.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Digital Menu pages

These use local storage only, to keep the order cart and visit counters.

How to manage your choices

• Through the cookie banner on your first visit, or the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer at any time.
• Through your browser settings, where you can delete or block cookies and local storage. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in.
