Data Deletion Instructions

We respect your right to delete your data at any time. This page explains how to delete your data from GoSocialAI in two simple ways.

Option 1: From inside your account

• Go to your account settings.
• Open “Social Connections”.
• Disconnect your linked Facebook or Instagram account.

Option 2: By email

Send a deletion request to info@gosocialai.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, including:

• The email you use on GoSocialAI.
• The linked page or account name (if any).

Processing time

We will process your request within a reasonable period, preferably within 30 days of receiving it.

What gets deleted

Deletion includes — depending on the case — the following:

• The connection / access tokens for your social accounts.
• Connected pages and accounts data.
• Scheduled posts and drafts.
• Uploaded media (where possible).
• Usage data associated with the account.

Note

We may retain some data for a limited period for legal, security or accounting reasons even after a deletion request, only to the extent required by law.
