Because GoSocialAI publishes content to external platforms, we — and you — commit to clear usage rules that protect everyone and respect the platforms' rights.

Prohibited practices

The platform must not be used for any of the following:

• Spam, unsolicited messages or abusive mass posting.
• Impersonation or deception.
• Posting misleading or illegal content.
• Hate speech, threats or harassment.
• Violating others' intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to bypass Facebook, Instagram or any platform restrictions.
• Using the platform for scraping or technical abuse.
• Uploading harmful files or malware.
• Misusing the AI tools.

Your responsibility toward external platforms

You are responsible for complying with external platforms' policies (Facebook, Instagram and others); any violation of them is your responsibility.

Enforcement

We may suspend or restrict an account immediately upon violation of this policy, to protect users and the platforms.
