Scope

• Misleading or fraudulent ads or offers.
• Selling or promoting illegal goods or services.
• Pornographic or adult content.
• Impersonating any person or organization.
• Content that infringes others' intellectual property rights.

Prohibited messaging and platform practices

• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Violating platform policies, including 24-hour messaging window rules.
• Fake engagement, such as artificial likes, followers or comments.
• Attempting to circumvent Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn restrictions.

Data misuse

• Collecting people's data without their consent or a lawful basis.
• Using leads, menu orders or inbox contacts beyond the purpose for which they were collected.

Technical misuse

• Scraping or reverse engineering the platform.
• Uploading malware or harmful files.
• Circumventing plan limits or security measures.
• Sharing accounts outside the available team features.

AI misuse

You may not use the AI tools to create deceptive or harmful content, such as false news, fake reviews or content that impersonates others.

Your responsibility for connected platforms

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of every platform you connect, and for being authorized to manage the connected pages and accounts.

Enforcement

Depending on the severity of a violation, we may take one or more of these steps:

• Issue a warning and ask you to remove the content or correct the practice.
• Remove content or disable a specific feature.
• Temporarily suspend the account.
• Terminate the account, and report to competent authorities where the law is broken.
